What everyone asks

How much does Kassalo cost?

Start is €47, Pro is €74 and Chain is €99 per terminal per month, excluding VAT. Integration with e-conomic, Business Central, Admind, Uniconta and Dinero is included in every plan. No lock-in and no setup fee.

What hardware do I need?

Kassalo runs in the browser, so you can use the PC, iPad, Android tablet or Mac you already have. The POS is designed for standard 15" till screens at 1024×768. Keyboard-emulating barcode scanners work straight out of the box.

What happens if the internet goes down?

You keep selling. Sales are stored locally in the browser and sent automatically to the server and your ERP once the connection is restored. Transaction numbers remain gap-free throughout.

Can I switch ERP later?

Yes — that's the whole idea. Your POS, products and history stay in Kassalo; you simply point the integration at the new ERP.

Does Kassalo meet the requirements for digital sales registration?

Kassalo has a signed, append-only journal with a hash chain, gap-free numbering per CVR and SAF-T export. The certified OCES3 signature and ISAE 3000 declaration are expected to be ready in Q1 2027. In Denmark, if your business is already subject to the digital sales registration requirement, talk to us before you switch.
