Terms

1. Parties and agreement

This agreement is entered into between JITS ApS, CVR 37590029 ('JITS') and the business customer ('the Customer') for use of the Kassalo POS system as a subscription service. Kassalo is sold to businesses only.

2. Trial period

New customers may use Kassalo free of charge for 14 days with no payment details required. The trial ends automatically. Data created during the trial can be carried over to a paid subscription.

3. Pricing and payment

The subscription is billed monthly in advance per terminal at the prices listed on kassalo.dk / kassalo.com at the time. All prices are exclusive of VAT. Price changes will be notified with at least 30 days' notice.

4. Cancellation

The subscription may be cancelled with effect from the end of any calendar month. There is no minimum term.

5. Customer data

The Customer owns their data. Upon termination, the Customer may export their journal (SAF-T) and sales data for 30 days. JITS acts as data processor for personal data within the POS system under a separate data processing agreement.

6. Uptime and support

JITS strives for high availability and performs maintenance outside business hours wherever possible. The POS system operates offline during connectivity outages. Support is available weekdays 08:00–16:00 CET.

7. Liability

The Customer is responsible for the correct configuration of accounts, VAT settings and ERP access, and for complying with all regulations applicable to their business. JITS's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer in the preceding 12 months. JITS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

Danish law applies. Disputes shall be settled by the District Court of Odense.
