What data we process

• Trial period and enquiries: name, company, CVR number, email, phone, industry and ERP system, as entered by you. Purpose: to set up your till and contact you about it. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (contract) and (f) (legitimate interest).
• AI chat: the messages you send and the responses you receive. Purpose: to answer your questions and improve the assistant. Responses are generated by Anthropic (Claude) acting as a data processor. Please do not enter sensitive information in the chat.
• Technical logging: IP address and timestamp in server logs for up to 30 days for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking or marketing cookies. The chat stores your conversation in the browser's sessionStorage until you close the tab.

Retention

Data from trial periods and enquiries is deleted 24 months after last contact, unless you become a customer. Chat logs are deleted after 12 months.

Data Processors

Hosting within the EU; Anthropic PBC (AI chat); Nexi/Nets (payments). Transfers to third countries are made on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Write to info@jit.nu. You may lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Authority at datatilsynet.dk.

The POS System

When you use Kassalo as a customer, you are the data controller for your customers' and employees' data, and JITS ApS acts as data processor under a data processing agreement.
